FULLY AUTOMATIC PNEUMATIC TILE-BACK TIRE CHANGER

Larger working size and stronger bead breaking force, perfectly meet customer requirements, with high proficiency. The right helper arm ACAP2003 providing 2-point pressing and 1-point lifting assistance enables easy operation for low profile tires. 

Product Description

1. Fully automatic tire changer, adopts tilt-back structure. Tilt back and forth are controlled and locked pneumatically. 
2. Bigger machine cabinet and larger turntable (26'' and 28'' are optional) greatly increase working strength. The turntable is made of special steel plates, not easy to deform. Double-sided polishing process makes the surface brighter and more beautiful.

3. Double-bending column is made of 4mm steel plates with high strength. Reinforced welding of the front base of the column enhances the overall strength, suitable for all kinds of tires' mounting and demounting.  
4. Equipped with Φ80mm high-quality all-aluminum small cylinders under the turntable. The clamping force is 58kg higher than Φ75mm cylinders.  
5. Standard fully aluminum alloy bead breaker cylinder can reduce machine vibration and minimize friction, thereby extending the service life of the cylinder.
6. Four-angle adjustable pressing shovel saves labor for tire pressing. Enhanced shovel arm with quality shovel protective cover, and anti-skid bead breaker buffer. 

7. Equipped as standard with ACAP2003 helper arm. The pressing block presses the tire center. The pressing roller prevents tires from scratches. 2-point pressing and 1-point lifting improve efficiency of the machine.
8. The mechanical arm is made of solid hexagonal steel to ensure stability of stress points. The sliding square tube is four-side forged and polished, ensuring smooth and vibration-free operation under stress. All arm joints are installed with tapered roller thrust bearings, minimizing structural deformation under stress.

9. Optional air inflation device. Optional leverless control device, easy to operate.
